If the Imagine Book isn’t right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, as long as you have read less than 10% of the book. After 14 days, or once 10% or more has been read, the sale is final. When a refund is issued, access to the book ends.
Email info@imagine-books.org from the email on your account, or include it in your message. We’ll confirm and issue the refund.
Print editions, when available, are not returnable.
Orders from outside the US are sold through Stripe as merchant of record. Refunds for those orders follow this same policy and are requested the same way; any VAT or GST charged is refunded with the purchase.
If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same purchase, or believe there is a billing mistake, contact info@imagine-books.org within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct it.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
