The Imagine Book is a digital product that grants immediate access upon purchase. Because access is delivered instantly, all digital sales are final and we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same purchase, or believe there is a billing mistake, contact info@castorandpollux.com within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct it.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
