These Terms govern use of imagine-books.org (the “Site”) and purchases from Imagine Books, LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Site or purchasing the Imagine Book, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding any login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Products & pricing

• We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free, and may correct errors or cancel affected orders.
• Prices are in USD and may change without notice.
• The Imagine Book is a digital, interactive experience delivered directly through the Site.

Payments

Payments are processed by Luqra. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase at issue.
